The UK Operation

In the UK, Brasserie Express operates a full service operation providing a range of Brasserie express food products, frozen storage, distribution, filling, cash collection, technical support and service.

From the offices in London, stock levels at our central frozen storage facility are monitored and orders placed with our food suppliers to ensure continuity of supply.

Machine stock levels are also monitored and at the appropriate stock level, or time interval, the machine will be attended by our own staff.

The food delivery will be carried out using the highest specification freezer vans and the machines will be restocked, cleaned and checked for correct operation.
Full technical support, service and spares back up ensures continuity of supply.
